But out of the eleven weeks Oops! has been in stores, it's only spent one -- its first -- at the top of the charts. First it was Eminem who knocked her off and stubbornly held onto No. 1 for eight straight weeks. And now, for the second week in a row, Britney Spears plays runner up to the various artists, quick-fix-hits compilation, Now That's What I Call Music! Vol. 4. So now we know what to do we need to go out and buy more copies of Oops!...I Did It Again so Brit could be #1 again.
